We united the entire branch network in a single Call-Center. At that time, the head office was fulfilling more than 30 orders a day. Once again, we are not standing still and are opening a representative office in Novosibirsk. We were afraid that because of the harsh climatic conditions we would not be able to develop the branches quickly, but fears remained fears.

We are expanding our geography: we opened a branch in Nizhny Novgorod and are moving to a new office in Moscow. Our reagents were positively tested in four institutes. The first deliveries of process raw materials for uninterrupted life support of a number of metallurgical plants were made. Winning a turnkey tender for the supply, installation and launch of a shift camp in Dudinka.

During the difficult situation related to the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), it became necessary to supply personal protective equipment and medical equipment. Our company has successfully delivered urgent shipments of PPE to the Zabaikalsky region by air transport for emergency assistance to combat coronavirus infection.

The company signed agreements with a number of large chemical enterprises in the Russian Federation for the production of flotation reagents, and fully assumed the function of a Trading House with subsequent deliveries of toll raw materials.
